Background
It has been an incredible 30 months of growth and advancing an inclusive capacity building and application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Africa’s largest economy and most populated Black nation, Nigeria. The momentum has been sustained through the continuous refinement of our vision to expand the Nigerian AI talent pool to 1 Million in 10 years by building a world-class AI learning community that delivers high impact knowledge to promote employability, business impact, research and social good use cases. The delivery and distribution has also been enhanced with 24 unique home-grown platforms being deployed across all socio-economic class, cities and learning segments to deepen awareness, adoption and application. We have expanded on our knowledge approach with a more inclusive model. We disrupted traditional access to knowledge through the compilation of AI Knowledge Box. This is a freely distributed and first-of-its-kind external drive housing 10,141 learning videos, downloaded from diverse AI learning platforms of top international Artificial Intelligence universities, leading global Machine Learning researchers and first-rated AI conferences across the world.
