EDTECH CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN CONSULTANT
The role is an experienced professional who will oversee an evolving and high-performing team of curriculum/instructional designers, content writers, audio-visual teachers, assessment developers and quality assurance reviewers.
The ideal candidate must be an Education expert with strong project and entrepreneurial mindset to support the development of learner-cantered educational contents. He/She must have the adaptability and business acumen to thrive in a fast-paced, proactive and detail-oriented start-up environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate and align with technical and non-technical teams to translate learning needs into well-detailed curriculum, content and instructional design requirements.
- Work with subject matter experts (SME) to develop accurate, relevant and adaptable leaning content based on approved curriculum and cultural guidance.
- Provide relevant pedagogical and methodological guidance on the development of learning assets like audio classes, video animations, interactive interfaces, simulations, screencasts, infographics etc.
- Develop performance-based learning objectives and ensure learning assets achieve those objectives through effective design practices, testing, and other user experience best practices.
- Lead the review, adaptation and contextualisation of e-learning contents to deliver desired learning outcomes for different students’ group.
