We have redefined learning delivery channels and contents, specifically created to help K-12 learners prepare for the future of work. We believe access to the global standards of education should not be limited to a privileged few, and we’ve developed solutions to improve how schools and parents provide the best technology and AI education to their students and kids.

We are set to launch some high-impact learning platforms and products that will revolutionise the education sector at scale. We are therefore looking for a Sales Champion, who’s passionate about education for African learners, to lead our sales team, drive initiatives and engagements with customers, and deliver excellent results. He must be able to sell ice to the eskimos with strong persuasive and energetic delivery culture.

The position is a full-time role and you will be required to work from our office in Lagos.


  • Provide leadership to a motivated team of sales representatives.
  • Develop a robust understanding of our product offerings and how they meet the needs of our primary and secondary customers.
  • Establish and maintain an independent sales pipelines from a strategic list of target schools and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand recognition and loyalty with customers.
  • Leverage professional expertise and background in K-12 EdTech sales to provide mentorship, guidance, and coaching across the sales teams.
  • Track, forecast, budget and monitor the sales pipelines
  • Create and implement strategies to meet individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Drive optimum sales performance and provide reports and timely feedback to management on representatives’ engagement, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate all sales team tasks and KPIs.


  • A passion for impact, coupled with a Can-do spirit to make a difference and deliver result.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Robust understanding of the Nigeria educational ecosystem – learning, tutoring, book production etc.
  • Proven experience in educational technology sales engagement.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and sales team management. Experience in technology sales is a plus
  • Passionate about driving technology education in schools, to make students competitive on the global stage.
  • Strong, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success leading and managing multiple tasks in fast-paced organizations.
  • Familiarity with web-based technology and SaaS products is required.
  • Ability to drive and work with teams to meet sales targets.
